Woke up late as we hadn’t slept well. I think there was a lone mosquito in the van and it had a feast on our arms and legs.
By the time we’d had breakfast it seemed too hot to venture to the beach, so we did some more washing instead. 🙄
By the time we did hit the beach, mid afternoon,the sea was quite rough compared with yesterday. There were a few menacing cumulus clouds on the horizon too.
It was still lovely to swim though, even with roller coaster waves.
Guy had a mini snooze, but I have to sleep with one eye open or someone plants a pebble or piece of seaweed on my tummy. 😂
The campsite and beach are a lot quieter than yesterday, assuming the children will be back at school soon. Sat out in the dark covered in sticky fly spray with some nice Greek wine. Camp cat has just paid us another visit, but he’s a bit late – daren’t tell him he’s missed cod and ratatouille. 😬
