Well, at least one of us has it …bet you can guess which one! 

We’ve been misled with the weather, and today it has rained all day with not much relief.

We left the washing out overnight and woke up to a slight pitter-patter on the roof. As it was all hanging under our private gazebo, we thought we’d wait to see if it was just a passing thing. It carried on. 

Luckily, we managed to get it all in before the real downpour. We’ve got jeans, t-shirts, socks and pants hanging all around the van. Heating on, windows open, and in the middle of it all we sit playing cards!

Guy went in the food cupboard to look for snacks and found my shorts drying on top of the pasta. Weirdly, it’s warmer in there than anywhere else, which isn’t great for food but good for shorts! 

Done a bit of cleaning and rather stupidly, some handwashing (thinking it might be sunny later), which has added to the Chinese Laundry atmosphere!

Guy has been out to check on the road surface – looks dire, but several vans have come in this afternoon so must be passable. Just one bird photo, but not one we’ve seen before. 

Ordered tagine to be delivered to the van at 6pm as we’ve been told they’re good. Fingers crossed as there’s not much left by way of back up! 🤣
