Not a lot to report today – other than sheep 🐑…lots of them! Spent the morning cleaning ☹️. Had all the carpets out, shower tray, everything – Rufus was looking worried. Think he thought there might be a bath on the agenda! Did a bit of hand washing, and as the wooden cabin thing next door was empty, Guy strung a washing line up between two wooden posts. “Das ist nicht gut!” Shouted a voice from nowhere ….oh! Think it was Frau Miserable’s husband. Had to do some creative draping instead. Took Rufus a walk up the hillside – he did really well; almost like a spring lamb!! 
There are fruit trees fully loaded everywhere, most of them plums, they look really nice. Thought it best not to do any scrumping though, considering we’ve already had a yellow card! We let Rufus off his lead in a huge empty field, only to discover a flock of sheep at the other end. We got him back on the lead but they started to follow us – quite persistently! Rufus was actually quite good seeing as they all wanted a sniff of him. Last time this happened (by mistake) he did a hundred circles of a field chasing the sheep with us chasing him – like a Benny Hill sketch – not good! He has slept under a tree for the rest of the afternoon and now snoring 💤 big time!
