Decided to stay for one more day – mainly to finish drying the washing. Guy went to do a few more miles on his bike after waking up at 9:30 ..again!!
This afternoon, we thought we’d go and see the kite surfers again as it was quite windy. It looked like there was a storm brewing as the skies were black over the hills and we couldn’t see Africa today – it’s disappeared 😂
Walked up and over the the big sand dune to the north and then came across a road cutting through the desert-like landscape. We followed it for quite a way along with a few mad quad bikers. 
Eventually, it just turned into a military zone so we had to do a u turn. Followed a track to another beach then had to retrace our steps again. I could see that the cyclist was flagging by now as his tongue was picking up sand. Think we’d done about six miles by the time we got back but he’d already cycled 32 miles this morning. Shhhh….he’s asleep 💤 now – just gone 9pm!
