It was so warm in the night, but it rained early this morning. Of course, all our stuff was outside – chairs, table, mat, doormat, all soaked! 🙄🤣
As soon as it stopped we went for a swim. The water wasn’t quite as warm as I remembered it!
The sun threatened to come out for a while so Guy busied himself attempting to put the sail up for shade – I was looking forward to the sun! Think he was getting bored, so we went for a walk after lunch.
The next village along the coast is Kala Nero, but we had to go out onto the main road first before turning back down towards the sea. We passed so many olive trees full of fruit, then pomegranates, mandarins and limes.

Restaurants line the seafront here but most are closed now for the winter. We walked until the path ran out, then turned back.
Got a bit hot along the way so a secondary swim was suggested – think it was even cooler than this morning.

Got changed and went out for dinner. There’s a nice restaurant on the campsite but it’s a bit ‘with chips’ so we sneaked out and went the other way along the seafront. Guy didn’t take the camera but there was a spectacular sunset as we sat by the water’s edge watching the fish. The food was lovely, but can’t remember the name of the place. Somehow I even found space for a chocolate mousse and Guy did too, even after eating all the biscuits this afternoon !
