Well that was a whirlwind of a week in Calella de Palafrugell. It was so brilliant to spend time with family and friends and I think we all had a great holiday.

Guy did a brilliant effort with the bbq and I think the ten of us got through more than our fair share of grape juice. The weather has also been glorious for the end of September.

We’ve scrapped the idea of Morocco for now and this is the
last blog today as we are making our way home because my mum is not well.
Progress is frustratingly slow at times, as we are trying to avoid tolls. Parked for the night in Briare, right by the Loire. Been out to stretch our legs and met with the stunning sight of a canal going over the river. Maybe it’s a common thing but not something we’ve seen before. I think tomorrow we’ll be in the van all day again, so that’s it’s for now folks – see you soon!
