Slight delay this morning at the tunnel. They had too many high vehicles apparently. The security chap asked where we’d come from and where we’d stayed last night. Once we said Carrefour carpark which had a special secure section for motorhomes, he asked if we’d checked underneath the vehicle. We had been parked in a prime location for immigrants to jump on board! They pulled us over and checked inside. Rufus welcomed them in with open teeth!😁 Once through the tunnel we arrived in a rainy, grey England and battled out way around the M25 and up the A1. The roads seem so packed with lorries compared with France. Home about 3pm and luckily Callum hasn’t rented our house out to anyone.🤣 Rufus bounded in like a spring lamb, so excited with all the space. He’s now fast asleep on the rug chasing rabbits in his dreams. We’ve had the most amazing time, but it’s also nice to be back to see the family and friends. Merry Christmas 🎄 to anyone reading this and hope you all have a happy 2018. That’s all for now folks!! We’ll be back early April for the Scandinavian adventure! Xx
