Quite a warm day today with wall to wall blue skies. Guy went to meet his cycling mates for the big ride and I went to the local market after taking Rufus. The market was huge and I had no idea that the fridge was nearly empty, otherwise I would have bought provisions! Limped by for lunch on tuna and rice with the bit of salad that was left. Late afternoon we walked down the long straight road to the older part of town to meet Guy’s cycling mate Pete and his wife Sue for a drink. Four drinks and a take away pizza later we are back in the van wishing we’d eaten first! 🤪
