Nearly a scrap for the washing machine this morning. When I took our bagful to the laundry there was one lot in and one lot waiting. We left our bag there in the queue. When I went back later to check on progress, there was a whole crowd in there. Frau Frumpy informed me she had been waiting two whole hours!! Left it with them – we eventually got got ours done mid afternoon. Wasn’t going to argue with them – they were bigger than me (too much Sauerkraut 🤣)! We went for a swim mid morning; Wow, the water was so clear and turquoise coloured. Think it must be the absence of sand that makes it so clean. After pegging out the washing in the afternoon, we walked along the coastal path to Primosten. Set on a tiny promontory and surrounded by pine trees and white gravel beaches it really did look like desert island stuff. The old town was lovely too apart from the junk food & tat stalls on the way in. Had a coffee in the harbour and then walked back just in time to watch the sun set ( …cue more sunset pictures!) with Rufus. Think we may stay another day …it’s a very nice campsite.
