Why did we think St Ives was a tiny place with about six streets and a beach by the harbour? That’s what we remember from about fifteen years ago. I reckon we must’ve been on a time limit with the car park 😂
There are so many beaches here – everyone knows that except us! We’ve walked all day really, starting with the coastal path towards Zennor, then turning back and going the other way all the way round to Carbis Bay. The sun has been shining but with an icy wind at times. Managed to get a table by the sea to have fish n chips washed down with an Aperol Spritz 🍹Followed it up with an ice cream then both fell asleep on the sand. I woke myself up three times snoring 💤 Done ten miles though so there’ll be more of that in the next hour or so.
