Tropea Once More! 31/05/18

Another day in this lovely place. Whizzed up the steps to the town first thing to go to the post office. Just needed a few stamps for postcards etc. First you have to go through the airlock, one at a time. Should have those in UK banks! Then, once again we’re faced with the Argos ticket system, but you have to choose from three types of ticket. Fortunately, after studying the machine for five minutes I spotted a language button and changed it to English. We selected the right kind of ticket and were issued with ‘number 12’. Sat down to wait, watching numbers from 22 upwards be called to the desk. Ten minutes later, we knew we were lost in the system. Luckily, a man that was called over asked ‘what about those two there?’ and miraculously we got served! Followed it up with an hour at the beach with a swim – bit choppy today though. Got some washing done then walked Rufus about 6pm – he was not happy …still too hot for him. Went up to the town again for a drink then came back to cook risotto. It would’ve been sooo easy to stay out! 🍹🍹🍹💶💶💶
