As we are in a prime position here, we decided to stay another day. The town hasn’t been as busy as yesterday, but still plenty of people around to give it a nice atmosphere.
We walked a couple of miles south this morning following the coast road around a headland. We then went inland and up a farm track to see a windmill that had no sails. I’m not sure why we did this, but we saw another tortoise ambling around which made it worthwhile!

This afternoon we followed the coast in the opposite direction until the path ran out. Some beautiful houses with even better views.

Back in the town, we saw two huge ducks in their floating duck mansion. They were so funny to watch when they came on to the pavement to drink from a bucket of water.

Got sucked into a restaurant for lamb chops and chips, with a big spinach pie to start with. 😬 Only a hundred yards to roll home – what a bonus!
