Suddenly it’s summer! It just got hotter and hotter today – can’t believe it.
As the sun was out we decided to make a start on getting a bit fitter 😂 Guy got all his cycling paraphernalia out, which hasn’t seen the light of day since early December…he’s had a sore throat for about six weeks. I went for a much needed run dressed head to toe in black – fool! 
Sometime later both parties were collapsed in the sun for the afternoon. I seem to have turned pink 😬!
Walked down into the town later for a coffee but ordered alcohol by mistake. A plate of very strong cheese and bread passed as tapas and has somehow become our dinner. 
This running/cycling thing …it’s not going to work is it??
