Foul weather today but we’ve had a lovely afternoon out with our friend Julie, who very kindly came to pick us up from the campsite and chauffeured us round.
After visiting her fabulous apartment, we came back into Alvor for lunch at the Chicken Tavern. Lovely food and great value. Tried to have a walk round in the rain but it just got progressively worse.
We’re now wondering if we might get stuck in the soft sandy mud we’re parked on. Should be fun in the morning!
The photographer has let us down today – in fact, he was so eager to get his lunch he nearly left the camera in Julie’s kitchen!
