Many more visits from the wild boar last night. I could hear them snuffling around the van at times – quite entertaining.
Lots of faffing around this morning as the catch on the fridge suddenly decided to stop working. Mr Bramley took it to bits, but was struggling to do the repair as I sat on his glasses last night. They were on the chair and this is the second time 😬 He hasn’t learned any Turkish swear words yet, so he practiced all the English ones instead.
Lots of yachts around, so we set off in search of a chandlers, thinking they might have similar fridges to ours on board. No joy. Tried driving to one but couldn’t really get across what we were searching for. It’s kind of working for now, so we’ve abandoned the idea for the time being.
Drove to Kaş, passing many beautiful bays along the way, but all completely rammed with cars and people. It is the weekend I suppose.

Drove on to a long promontory near the town but once again, virtually all of the coastline had been taken over by hotels and bars. Eventually, we pulled into the port, where the man on the gate, jumped onto his scooter and hurriedly showed us to our place. Quite nice overlooking all the boats in the harbour.

Had a walk around the town, it’s quite nice, backed by tall cliffs all around and full of shops and restaurants. We jumped from shade to shade though to avoid melting.
