La Livinière to Siran

Oh dear!!! Headaches all round this morning. Had a fab day yesterday at Gill and Karl’s beautiful holiday home. Rufus has loved the wood burner and been flat out in his bed enjoying the heat. Guy knocked a hole in the bathroom wall within 30 minutes of arriving. He has added another string to his bow – pest control! Wasp nest was duly removed in a bin liner. Gill and I had a walk around the village whilst Guy and Karl fetched a new tap from Monbrico. In the afternoon we went to the lake at Homps and then to see the Canal du Midi. A bottle of wine was consumed by the male half of the quartet even before we got to the bar. Had a really nice meal, drank far too much then came back to house and drank some more whilst listening to seventies and eighties music. Staggered back to the motorhome which is parked on some random person’s drive!
