Had a quiet few days in Magnan with Guy’s parents. The weather has been really humid, bringing out all the biting insects.
We went for a lovely meal in Nogaro on Saturday and then helped Jean and Don do a months worth of shopping, which included chicken food, dog food, cat food and cat litter! 😂Not a lot of space left in the boot for human food.
On Sunday it was Don’s 89th birthday, so we cooked a meal for them and their neighbour, Josie. We sat outside, but under cover as it rained heavily. Then, the sun came out, the sky turned yellow and a big rainbow appeared. Shortly after it got dark, there was an amazing lightening show on the horizon which went on for ages. I think the only weather we didn’t get was snow and hail!
