It rained! ☹️Got ourselves ready to leave just as a car broke down towing a caravan at the entrance to the campsite. Somehow, it was pushed out of the way by many volunteers and Guy negotiated the narrow exit road without any trouble. Drove down the coast to Lido de Noto but it was pouring down, so the beach didn’t seem like the kind of place to spend our wedding anniversary. We have come inland to Noto and after a few heart in mouth moments we’ve managed to park close to the old town. We had a long walk round with Rufus in tow, then pizza for lunch much to the dogs delight! Got rained on a bit but it’s still quite warm. Now we’re off to what looks like a really nice restaurant – google translate at the ready so we don’t inadvertently eat something odd!!
