Spectacular drive this morning over the Col de Bonaigua. Lots of snow around but we think there’s usually more at this time of year.

Did a new route (for us) across to France, which was through Bossòst and along a valley, crossing the border at the Pont del Rei.
Looking for somewhere for lunch, we came across the little medieval hilltop town of St-Bertrand-de-Comminges. Everywhere seems really green compared to Spain, but I think there’s been more rain than usual. It was trying to be warm and sunny anyway, when we walked around the cathedral and down the cobbled streets with busy little restaurants on them.

On towards Tarbes next, where we did the challenge of trying to find the E.Leclerc supermarket, followed by the even harder challenge of trying to get into the carpark! We will avoid it next time.
Got some provisions to take to Guy’s parents,as we made the snap decision to turn up 18 hours early, as we were only about an hour away.
Then, it rained and rained all the way to Magnan, where we took shelter in a nice warm house.
