Not a lot to report today as we stayed in the same place to catch the last of the sunshine.
Had a walk round the bay in the opposite direction to yesterday. Looks like they are putting proper path in for quite a long way to the north. Makes for a nice easy walk and we passed lots of little coves where, at least at this time of year, you can have a beach entirely to yourself. In fact, this afternoon, that’s what we did!
It was quite hot at times but the sea was a lot more choppy than yesterday. Getting in was entertaining on the slippery pebbles, we had to perform a bit of a western roll – glad there was no one around! 😂
There seems to be a lot of packing away happening on and around the campsite – it can’t be long until they close for winter. Although there are quite a few motorhomes around, this place is so big you hardly see anyone.
We’ll have to move on tomorrow or we’ll never get to Calais.
