Went to fetch some bread from Lidl across the road this morning but inadvertently came back with two Padel racquets and some balls from Decathlon! 🙄
I think the sound from the tennis courts last night has sent us slightly mad. The court that we thought was open, unfortunately turned out to be locked with an expensive hire fee. We started a very stupid game of hitting the ball to each other in the motorhome park, expecting a telling off at any second. Good job we were out of breath within the space of a minute. Came to our senses and drove off quickly.
Had lunch in the lovely little town of Villanueva. It had a lot of people around to say it was afternoon and a nice big square with a few donkey sculptures in. Big bonus – warm and sunny!

Carried on, climbing uphill into the middle of nowhere until at 1150 metres we reached the Puerto del Arenal where there’s a big parking area. Boots on, we set off to see the waterfalls at the source of the Mundo river. We had a feeling that the water was going to be a non-runner, but as we got closer, we could hear it. Quite a scenic area, we were almost in a cirque of rock and the water was coming from a long way up. Definitely worth the walk.

Finally catching up with reading your Blogs. Haven’t stopped for breath so far.
Not suprised, it looks really busy there😳
Well I think that’s a pretty full on holiday you’re on! Looks amazing! …I’m not sure I could manage with all those people around! X
